Refund policy

Onishi LLC ("we" and "us") is the operator of Onishi ("Website"). By placing an order through onishi.us, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 

1. General 

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

2. Refund / Return Process

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Product obvious defect problem 
  2. Contact customer service 
  3. Customer service contacts the customer to confirm whether the product can be returned or exchanged 
  4. Customer service issues a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package.
  5. The customer sends back the products.
  6. We confirm the returned products received 
  7. We process the refund If your request is accepted.

3. Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your product for another one, please return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted, we will process the refund and you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.

4. Refunds 

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For the best experience, we recommend refraining from wearing perfume or deodorant when trying on your purchase. These products can leave marks or scents that may render the item non-returnable.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet hygiene and health regulations.
